A Performance Bond shall be provided by the successful contractor within five (5) days from the date of award in an amount at least equal to 100% of the initial year contract price as security for the faithful performance of this contract Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: w/two 1-yr renewal options *The City reserves the right to accept any or all alternative proposals and award a contract to other than the lowest proposer, to waive any irregularities or informalities or both; to reject any or all proposals; to subdivide the award, and in general to make the award of the contract in any manner deemed by the City, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the City of Novi.
