Integrated renewal of Melbourne Ave (from Greenwood to Ravenhill), Ravenhill Ave (from Melbourne to Churchill) and Greenwood Ave (from Melbourne to Edison). Replace watermains, replace sanitary sewers, reconstruct the roads and add traffic calming features on Melbourne Avenue (Greenwood Avenue to Ravenhill Avenue), Ravenhill Avenue (Melbourne Avenue to Churchill Avenue) and Greenwood Avenue (Melbourne Avenue to Edison Avenue). Replace storm sewers on Melbourne Avenue (Greenwood Avenue to Ravenhill Avenue). If feasible, add a new sidewalk on the west side of Melbourne Avenue (Greenwood Avenue to Ravenhill Avenue) and on one side of Greenwood Avenue (Melbourne Avenue to Edison Avenue, with a possible sidewalk extension to Churchill Avenue). TIMELINE: Design is nearing completion. Construction is planned for summer 2026. Updates will be made upon release of ITB for construction.
