Site work and paving for a civil project in Ottawa, Ontario. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Integrated renewal of Melbourne Ave (from Greenwood to Ravenhill), Ravenhill Ave (from Melbourne to Churchill) and Greenwood Ave (from Melbourne to Edison). Replace watermains, replace sanitary sewers, reconstruct the roads and add traffic calming features on Melbourne Avenue (Greenwood Avenue to Ravenhill Avenue), Ravenhill Avenue (Melbourne Avenue to Churchill Avenue) and Greenwood Avenue (Melbourne Avenue to Edison Avenue). Replace storm sewers on Melbourne Avenue (Greenwood Avenue to Ravenhill Avenue). If feasible, add a new sidewalk on the west side of Melbourne Avenue (Greenwood Avenue to Ravenhill Avenue) and on one side of Greenwood Avenue (Melbourne Avenue to Edison Avenue, with a possible sidewalk extension to Churchill Avenue). TIMELINE: Design is ongoing & will continue through to fall 2025. Construction is planned for spring 2026. Additional budget funds will be sought. Updates may be available spring 2026.
