Replace watermains, replace sanitary sewers, reconstruct the roads and add traffic calming features on Melbourne Avenue (Greenwood Avenue to Ravenhill Avenue), Ravenhill Avenue (Melbourne Avenue to Churchill Avenue) and Greenwood Avenue (Melbourne Avenue to Edison Avenue). Replace storm sewers on Melbourne Avenue (Greenwood Avenue to Ravenhill Avenue). If feasible, add a new sidewalk on the west side of Melbourne Avenue (Greenwood Avenue to Ravenhill Avenue) and on one side of Greenwood Avenue (Melbourne Avenue to Edison Avenue, with a possible sidewalk extension to Churchill Avenue). TIMELINE: A Request for Proposal for engineering services has been awarded. Design is underway. Updates may be available early 2025.
