This 3-year Option-to-Renew contract will provide road maintenance and deactivation for the BCTS Prince George Business Area (TPG). All work is located south of Mackenzie and west of McBride. Minor construction and major structure installation work may be included as a part of the maintenance program. Maintenance projects will be issued on an as-and-when basis. It is the contractor's responsibility to supply the Professional of Record for all sealed engineered prescriptions provided by the Ministry. When actioning deactivation works, it is expected that the contractor will be equipped with water pumps that are capable of diverting streamflow during culvert removals and, where requested, provide an environmental monitor. The purpose of this contract is the Maintenance to FSRs including but not limited to, installation and repair of bridges, grading, ditching, road prism repair/stabilization.
