Renovation of a municipal facility in Jacksboro, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of January 19, 2023 no bids received. No definite date for the rebid. The scope of work includes the repair of the roof, with the identified issue of leaks in the ceiling in several areas of City Hall. The selected contractor will be responsible for conducting a thorough assessment of the issue, proposing necessary repairs and executing the project in compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. Questions pertaining to this Request for Bids are to be submitted in writing to the attention of Michael Smith, City Manager, at the above address, by email to msmith@cityofjacksboro.com, or by facsimile (940) 567-2590. All questions are to be received in sufficient time to provide responses to all bidders prior to the bid opening date. To facilitate this, all questions must be received by January 10, 2024, The City of Jacksboro reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informality in any bid, and to accept the bid which, in its discretion, is in the best interest of the City of Jacksboro. 940-567-6321
