Northlands Golf Course The existing mainline pipe from #18 Green to #10 Fairway is Schedule 40 PVC varying in diameter from 2" to 10" and valves that are no longer approved for underground installation. The contractor is to supply all materials, delivery, labour and removal of existing pipe. Starting on the east side of #18 green and terminating on the east side of the internal road adjacent to #10 fairway, installing 10" DR 11.0, PE4710 HDPE pipe and bushing down to 6" DR 13.5, PE4710 HDPE pipe, realigning pipe location if necessary. Replacing all existing mainline and lateral valves with a minimum Mueller or MA Stewart ductile iron, flanged, resilient wedge gate valve with a non-rising stem and 2" square nut actuator. Only DR 11.0 HDPE molded fittings to be used at all connection points. Continuous Air release valves placed at appropriate locations and tracer wire along the mainline. Continuous Air release valve to be a 1" Crispin valve or equal. Backfill material will be Class I and be a minimum of 4" below pipe to springline. The section of 10" DR 11.0, PE4710 HDPE pipe is approximately 510 feet long. The section of 6" DR 13.5, PE4710 HDPE pipe is approximately 275 feet long.
