The Dbe Participation Goal is 4.50% Minimum Wage Rates for These Forgoing Projects Have Been Predetermined by the Secretary of Labor and Are Set Forth in the Proposals. The Department of Highways Hereby Notifies All Bidders That It Will Affirmatively Insure That in Any Contract Entered Into Pursuant to This Advertisement Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Will Be Afforded Full Opportunity to Submit in Response to This Invitation, and Will Not Be Discriminated Against on the Ground of Race, Color, or National Origin on Consideration for an Award. The Special Provisions of Highway Projects Financed With Federal Highway Funds Applies to Federal Aid Projects.
