1. The Services shall be performed under the terms of this Agreement at 700 E. Granville Avenue in Roselle, Illinois. 2. Contractor shall complete any and all Services in accordance with the terms, provisions and requirements of the Contract Documents. 3. Exemplary quality control and the Contractor's responsiveness to the needs and expectations of District, its administration, and its staff are essential. Contractor will provide District with project management, staffing, materials, and labor (as set forth herein) for all Services in a manner: a. comporting with or exceeding, and responsive to, the levels of service and specifications identified in the "Scope of Services" attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference; and b. complying with District policies and all applicable local, county, state and federal ordinances, laws and regulations, as more fully set forth herein.
