36C24524R0024, 36C24525D0050, 36C24525D0051 THIS IS 100 FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSSINESSES (SDVOSB)IAW Public Law 109-461. A. Project Title: Construction Services Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC)II for maintenance, repair and construction services for s within Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN)/Network Contracting Office (NCO) 5 area of responsibility. B. The Government anticipates award of 5-10 contracts to SDVOSB concerns for each geographic area, geographic areas defined as: Maryland (MD)/District of Columbia (DC) and West Virginia.(WV) C. All concerning this Request for ()shall be submitted twenty (20) calendar prior to the closing date and time. D. The guaranteed minimum amount over the life of the contract is 2,500.00. The total aggregate amount expendable under all contracts awarded shall not exceed 35 Million. E. The MINIMUM ordering limit per task order is 2,500.00.
