The County of Mendocino is soliciting Letters of Qualifications (proposals) from qualified Firms for Structured Cabling System work in the greater Mendocino County including but not limited to, Ukiah, Willits, Covelo, and Fort Bragg. Proposals received after the date and time specified will not be considered. Note: The unauthorized use of the Countys official logo is strictly prohibited Firms deemed qualified through this process will be included in the Countys Prequalified List of Information Technology Structured Cabling System Firms, to be used in future solicitations of specific projects for a period of three (3) years; no further qualification documentation will be required during the three-year period. Firms will be requested to prepare and submit projectspecific work plans and cost proposals to be considered for future individual projects. Prequalified Firms will be required to submit copies of Certificates of Insurance (General Liability and Automobile naming the County of Mendocino as an Also Insured) within 14 days of their notification of qualification. Firms must maintain these policies or equivalent replacements in force through the end of the three (3) year period unless they remove themselves from the Prequalified list. Based on criteria included herein, one or more Firms may be selected as ON CALL for small and rapid response projects, at the sole discretion of County. This contract will be for a term of two (2) years with a renewal option for one (1) additional year. If any addenda are issued by the County, they shall be sent via e-mail and/or first-class U.S. mail to the last known business address of each consultant known to have received a copy of this RFQ. The deadline for submitting written inquiries regarding this RFQ is January 19, 2023.
