Lawn and Landscape Maintenance at Lévis Forts National Historic Site The work required by Parks Canada primarily involves, but is not limited to, landscape maintenance of the Lévis Forts National Historic Site of Canada, covering an area of approximately 44,600 square metres, including all grassed and fallow areas, paved areas (roads, parking lots, sidewalks, paths, etc.), flowerbeds and related structures located within the areas. Work includes, but is not limited to: spring clean-up, lawn mowing and trimming, weeding, edging, lawn aeration, leaf removal and mowing of overgrown areas. Question Deadline 01/26/2024 All enquiries of a technical and contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority. Enquiries regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and should be received no later than (5) five calendar days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may result in an answer NOT being provided. PERIOD OF CONTRACT / DELIVERY DATE The Period of the Contract is from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2027 inclusive. Canada will have the irrevocable option to extend the contract term for up to two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each and one (1) additional period from April 1, 2029 to November 30, 2029, under the same conditions The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/04/01.
