The City of Fullerton is requesting firm fixed net price unit cost, including all trade discounts, for City approved water meters and strainers for the 2024-2025 calendar years. Quantities are approximate and are subject to City operational requirements. Orders will be released for partial deliveries based upon these established unit costs. Whenever a question as to the meaning of any portion of the specifications is in dispute, or where there may be more than one interpretation given to any portion of the specifications, the interpretation of the City of Fullerton shall be final. The City reserves the right to select the appropriate meters and strainers for City use based on any combination of: price, delivery time After Receipt of Order (A.R.O.), design, utility, service, repair support, City of Fullerton specifications, or other features that are deemed to be in the best interest of the City. All factors will be considered in the award process. Deliveries are to be made F.O.B. destination to the City of Fullerton. Delivery location to be specified at time of order. Bid only on meters that are approved by the City. The successful bidder(s) shall have the ability to provide an electronic list (CSV or text) of serial numbers for each water meter order. The City will be given the opportunity to designate multiple recipients. The serial numbers shall also be listed on all packing slips AND invoices
