Site work for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Texas Southern University is looking to enhance the Texas Southern University Athletic Strength and Conditioning Building. The University is seeking to add signage to the outside of the building. Respondents must include pricing for installation, materials, and delivery services of the signage. Therefore, price, signage specifications and preferred timeline of project will be very important factors. Respondents must be able to provide a timeline of assembly suitable signage base on specifications, to include, but not limited to: Signage 1: A. Quantity: 2 - 48" in height x 300" wide Illuminated 3D Acrylic Channel letters on aluminum raceway on the Front and Back of the building. o Lettering: White face, Black trim, Black Return, Aluminum back o White LED Illumination o Backer painted to match the Maroon Color of the building. o Text on Building: Logo with "HOME OF THE TIGERS" (Small Caps) Signage 2: B. Quantity: 2 - 94" in height x 89" wide TSU LOGO Illuminated 3D Acrylic Front of the Building Signage 3: C. Quantity: 1 - 9" in height x 99" wide Non-illuminated 3D Acrylic Letters on aluminum awning (at the main entrance of building). o Lettering: Black face, Black return o Text on awning: STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING Answers to the questions will be posted by the week January 15th . The Blackout period will start January 11, 2024, at 12:01PM. Texas Southern University intends to award in such a way as to gain the greatest benefit to the result of this project and therefore the University. Texas Southern University will be the sole judge of what constitutes the most advantageous proposition to the University. The University reserves the right to terminate this contract or any portion thereof on thirty (30) days' written notice. Grounds for cancellation shall include, but are not limited to the following: 1) Failure to provide timely prompt service, and 2) Failure to provide quality products. The University shall be the sole judge of acceptable service as indicated above.
