The undersigned, in compliance with Invitation for Bids for Lower East Fork Laterals of the Trinity Watershed Floodwater Retarding Structure No. 10 Rehabilitation, having examined the plans, specifications and bidding documents, the site of the proposed work, and being familiar with all the conditions surrounding performance of the proposed project; agrees to furnish all labor, material and equipment and perform all work required in accordance with the plans, specifications and contract documents for the prices indicated in this Bid Schedule, if this offer is accepted by the Contracting Local Organization within thirty (30) calendar days after the date bids are due.
