Site work and paving for a road / highway in Clinton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Roadway Paving Program The work includes approximately 84,000 SY of Super pave Bituminous Wearing Course, 38,500 LF of Bituminous Wedge Curb, 84,000 SY of Asphalt Milling, 12,100 SY of Bituminous Seal Coat, Pavement Markings, Traffic Control, and other work as further described in the contract documents. Payment may be made directly to or made payable to Findlay Township in the form of a check or money order. Bids must be submitted on prescribed forms furnished with the bid documents. The bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, with an original Power of Attorney, a certified check, or a cashiers check in the amount of ten (10) percent of the bid proposal made in favor of the Township of Findlay. Facsimiles will not be accepted and will provide cause for rejection of the bid. State prevailing wage rates are a part of this contract. No bidder shall withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening. Findlay Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to award contracts deemed to be in the best interest of the Township. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. $1,200,000.00- $1,300,000.00.
