Theatre Rehearsal Hall (Mirrors Only), 15519 Phoebe Ave The City of La Mirada is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the routine cleaning of facility windows. The term of any agreement following this bidding process shall be three (3) years effective for the calendar years commencing 2024 and terminating 2027, unless sooner terminated as provided therein. The contract may be extended by the City for two (2) optional, one (1)-year extensions. The City shall have the right to terminate any agreement awarded for any or no reason provided, however, that the successful bidder shall be paid for all work performed to the date of termination. Proposals may be rejected if they show any alterations of form, additions not called for, conditional or alternative bids, incomplete bids, erasures or irregularities of any kind.
