The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Clearing and Grubbing; Erosion and Sedimentation Controls; Site Preparation; Unclassified Excavation; Placement of Structural Fill; Subtitle D Liner System Construction, including liner tie-in; Leachate Collection and Conveyance System Construction; Access Road Construction; and, Stabilization and Revegetation. AGC form 220 will be used to evaluate the Bidder's experience record. At least two (2) Subtitle D liner projects totaling a minimum of 500,000 square feet of constructed liner, successfully completed within the last five (5) years by the CONTRACTOR or his subcontractors, are required in addition to the liner installer experience as set out in the specifications.
