Renovation of a water / sewer project in Jamestown, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Work under this contract consists of furnishing personnel, equipment, and materials to supply a fully functional SCADA system that will communicate seamlessly with the existing Eastside Data Highway Plus control network as well as the new SCADA software and PCs. The Integrator shall furnish a single SCADA system that incorporates the existing Plant SCADA and the Incineration SCADA system into one complete and full functional system. Mandatory Base Bid General Summary - To Be Included But Not Limited to the following: A. Project SCADA Software Ignition by Inductive Automation. Program screens, reports, update tags and other listed tasks. B. New Eastside Residuals SCADA PCs. C. New Eastside WWTP SCADA PCs. D. New Operators reporting, design, hardware, and software. E. Bluetooth Communications to handheld reporting collections device. F. Modification and Upfit of the New Server Room. G. New Server Rack hardware and software. H. New Backup System and procedures. I. Modification of existing PLC2 to communicate with the New Redundant PLCs 20&21 over Ethernet. J. The Installation of new fiber optic cable between the New Server rack and the New Switch in the Residuals building. K. Ash Slurry Drying Bed PLC Installation, Programming and Fiber Optic cabling/hardware.
