The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to construct the Bles District Park Facilities Improvements (the "Project"). Bles Park is located at 44830 Bles Park Drive, Ashburn, Virginia 20147 (Parcel Identification Number 038-26-8806. The Project shall provide additional parking spaces, updated playground with new equipment and poured in place rubber surfacing, five (5) picnic pavilions, sports safety netting, a canoe/kayak launch along Broad Run, and associated utilities and infrastructure. Total disturbed area for the project is 11.07 acres.
