The deadline to ask questions is 3/06/2024 4:20 PM CST March 13, 2024 Responses to Requests for Clarification will be posted June 2024 Projected Date Award of Contract July 2024 Anticipated Notice to Proceed Term The work is to be substantially completed within 90 days Bidders must submit an acceptable Bid Security with their Bid as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract for the Project with the Owner within 10 days of Notice of Award of the Contract. The security must be payable to the City of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the greatest amount bid.
