Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project Scope description: Removing the existing poured-in-place material and installing new playground surfacing areas made out of rubber poured-in-place material, constructing new curbing surrounding the play area meeting drainage requirements as shown on the plans. The solicitation consists of single base bid. Pre-Bid Conference All bidders are highly encouraged to attend this online conference to learn more about the requirements of this solicitation. The deadline to ask questions is 3/06/2024 4:20 PM CST March 13, 2024 Responses to Requests for Clarification will be posted June 2024 Projected Date Award of Contract July 2024 Anticipated Notice to Proceed Term The work is to be substantially completed within 90 days Bidders must submit an acceptable Bid Security with their Bid as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract for the Project with the Owner within 10 days of Notice of Award of the Contract. The security must be payable to the City of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the greatest amount bid.
