Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 1 addendum issued for this project. ** Question Deadline 01/21/2024 at 2:00 PM NT SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work generally includes, but is not necessarily limited to, all items shown on the project drawings and more particularly described in the MERX Bid Sheet of the Contract Documents and included in this section and any additional works as directed by the Engineer to complete the work. The mobilization of all labour, plant and materials to the project site. The supply and installation of the Project Sign. Maintaining the sewer system to residents during upgrades to the lift stations. Cleaning and disinfection of the stations prior to commencing work. Sludge removed from the stations shall be disposed of at an approved disposal site. Inspection of the station chamber and informing the engineer of chamber condition, evidence of any leakage. The removal of the stations' existing pumps, station internal piping, vent pipes, controls, electrical service and pole. Supply and installation of new internal station piping including all misc. materials including, but not limited to, SS bolts, SS nuts, SS washers, gaskets and other appurtenances needed for correct installation and operation. * Supply and installation of new pumps. Installation of concrete base and support for control panel. Supply and installation of new electrical service, pole, control and all associated conduits and wiring. The full configuration and testing of all equipment to the satisfaction of the Engineer. All reinstatement and cleaning of properties as required. The completion of all deficiencies as directed by the Engineer including final cleanup and demobilization from the project site.
