Renovation of a mixed-use development in Columbia, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Full Service HVAC Filter Replacement. A pre-bid walk down will not be held. The Contractor Assumes Responsibility for All Loss or Damage Caused by Fire, Windstorm, Cyclone, Tornado, Flood or Freezing, to the Materials and Equipment With Which the Work of This Contract is to Be Done. The Contractor Has the Responsibility to Insure in Full or in Part Against Such Loss or Damage, Responsibility for Which is Here Assumed. Insurance The Successful Bidder Shall Provide and Maintain for the Duration of the Contract, Insurance Acceptable to and Approved by the District. The Contractor Shall Take Out and Maintain During the Life of This Contract, Employee's Liability and Worker's Compensation Insurance for All of Their Employees Employed at the Site of the Work, and in Case Any Work is Sublet, the Contractor Shall Require the Subcontractor Similarly to Provide Worker's Compensation Insurance for All of the Latter's Employees Unless Such Employees Are Covered by the Protection Afforded by the Contractor. Replies may be issued by addendum. The District is Requesting Proposals in Accordance With the Scope of Work Named Herein. Copies of Addenda, if Any, Shall Be Signed and Attached to Bid Documents. All Bids Shall Include a 5% Bid Bond Any Bids Submitted Without a Bid Bond Will Be Disqualified and Not Considered for Award. A Performance and Payment Bond Will Not Be Required. Initial contract period: Start Date - July 1, 2024 Completion Date -June 30, 2025 The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any "informalities" in the proposals received whenever such selection, rejection or waiver is in its best interest. The scope of work for Full Service HVAC Filter Replacement Contract shall include, but is not limited to, the following: Provide all necessary equipment, new material(s), and labor to install replacement filters and filter media in existing equipment/frames. Maintain service schedules. Change filters in accordance with the frequency schedule at all locations. Reference Attachment A and Attachment B. A checkoff list of equipment by location, shall be maintained, and submitted with pay request showing that all filters have been replaced / cleaned as scheduled.
