Site work for a water / sewer project in Spruce Grove, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Watermain Improvement: Install on New Alignment approximately 1280m(lin) of Watermain positioned on the south edge of the roadway on Madison Crescent, east ditch along Campsite Road and north through a URW. All existing watermain service CC's are to be replaced at property line of each lot. All watermain hydrants and valves, are to be newly installed, removed, replaced and/or abandoned in place to accommodate the City's industrial standards. Sanitary Improvement: Multiple Sanitary Spot Repairs on a 300mm Concrete Pipe Provisional Item to Reline Approximate 950 linear meter of Existing Sanitary Sewer Main Site preparation/restoration including but not limited to traffic accommodation, public notification and liaison, site safety and cleanliness, locating existing shallow utilities, pavement removal and disposal, excavation, supply and installation of works, trench backfill to specification, re-construction of roadway and landscape to specification. All aspects of the project will require the general contractor to provide proper and adequate traffic control and safety measured approved by the City of Spruce Grove prior to construction.
