Scope of work: Provide all necessary labor, material and equipment for Upstate University Hospital First Floor Lobby - Phase 4 renovations. Scope of work is to include all necessary labor, material and equipment for UPSTATE University Hospital who is seeking to renovate their existing Security dispatch, Storage, and Nurse Classroom area for a new Volunteer Services suite and Dispatch Center. The proposed project includes the renovation of 4,000 square feet on the first floor of the hospital. This will include hazardous material abatement along with the removal of existing partitions, finishes and building systems to construct the new suites. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 180 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed.
