The entire project shall be completed in 240 calendar days. To be eligible for consideration, bids must be submitted on complete original proposals made available by the owner. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. A cashier's check (drawn on an Alabama bank) or bid bond for 5% of the amount bid (maximum of $50,000.00) and made payable to the City of Anniston must accompany each bid as evidence of good faith. Proposals will be issued only to and accepted from contractors on the Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) list of pre-qualified contractors.
