Reference Number AB-2024-00124 The City of Chestermere would like to establish a roster of qualified contractors for the area of General Interior Contracting Services. This work will be awarded during the term of the Qualified Supplier Roster and include a variety of services for various small projects for the City owned buildings including City Hall and Parking Lot, Public Works Buildings and Yard, Environmental Services Yard, Fire Hall, RCMP Building and Lots, Lift Station Properties, City Owned Parks (x3) including Washrooms and the Boat Launch Office. Deadline for Questions Tuesday January 16, 2024. The City estimates that the value of the work that may be required during the term of the Qualified Supplier Roster is in the magnitude of $50,000. The City intends to secure three (3) to five (5) respondents for Electrical Contracting Services for work to be completed on City facilities, including but not limited to, City Hall, Community Operations, and the Fire Station. Work includes but not limited to interior walls and rooms, including repairs, renovations, new installations, and demolition tasks. It is intended that the workload will be shared amongst the successful respondents via an invitational process and dependant on the company skill set, availability, price etc. This is a 2-year contract with an option, at City's discretion, to extend for one year.
