VCT Tile and Tile Adhesive for the Huntsville Unit Maintenance The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is Currently Requesting Bids to Establish a Purchase Order. For the Procurement of VCT Tile and VCT Adhesive. The Email Subject Line Should Contain the Solicitation Number. The Bidder is Solely Responsible for Ensuring That Its Response is Received by the TDCJ Before the Deadline at the Proper Destination Server.
