Renovation of a residential development in Haverhill, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Project was cancelled. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 01/25/2024 at 4:00PM EST The scope of work consists of the removal of three (3) asphalt shingle type roofs. The roofs shall be replaced with new modified bituminous rolled membranes with all new trim and flashings throughout. The project also includes the replacement of existing bathroom exhaust fans and ductwork as well as replacement of existing degraded interior gypsum wall board ceilings and tub surrounds at each unit in four (4) buildings per the drawings. The work is estimated to cost $293,303.00. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, General Building Construction, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) and made payable to the HAVERHILL HOUSING AUTHORITY. Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 01/25/2024 at 4:00PM EST General bidders must agree to contract with minority and women business enterprises as certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO), formerly known as SOMWBA. The combined participation benchmark reserved for such enterprises shall not be less than 13% of the final contract price including accepted alternates. Request for waivers must be sent to EOHLC (david.mcclave@mass.gov) 5 calendar days prior to the General Bid date. NO WAIVERS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER THE GENERAL BIDS ARE OPENED.
