Owner requires bid security in the form of a bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. Provide, Rout, Clean, and Seal Cracks with 25,000 pounds of hot poured rubber sealant Owner requires Bidders to be pre-qualified for this project in accordance with the Wisconsin Statues 66.29(2). Qualifications shall be delivered to the Engineer, not less than 5 days prior to the bid deadline. The Owner's decision as to the prequalifications shall be final. The City of Shawano Common Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding, or to accept the bid or bids which best serves the interest of the City. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled opening of bids without the consent of the City. Published by the authority of the City of Shawano, Wisconsin.
