TIMELINE: Request for proposal for civil engineering consultant to supply a detailed design services is closed. Award is pending. The outcome of the design process will include Issued for Tender and Issued for Construction drawings, cost estimates, and supplementary specifications. Further update in late summer 2024, upon approvals.
