SCOPE OF WORK/SPECIFICATIONS: The qualified supplier shall provide, equipment, labor and supplies to perform all refuse services at the below listed Site Service location, a member of the state park system managed by the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation following specifications listed below. Work Location: Grayson Highlands State Park 829 Grayson Highland Lane Mouth of Wilson, VA 23894 Questions about the specifications or other solicitation documents must be sent in writing via email, to cristina.garcia@dcr.virginia.gov (Contracting Officer) no later than 4:00 PM EST on Tuesday, January 16, 2024. Please include IFB Number Reference in the subject of the email. Award by Approved Purchase Order Issued from eVa and signed contract summary term year (1) one to begin January 1, 2024, or date of award through December 31, 2024. Commonwealth reserves the right to decide on a case by case basis, in its sole discretion, whether to reject such a proposal. Failure to submit a bid on the official state form provided for that purpose shall be a cause for rejection of the bid.
