The projector should be a minimum of 15K lumens with WUXGA 16:10 format and include a long-throw lens with a projection ratio of 3.58 - 5.38:1. The projector is to be installed on the middle wall that separates the Multipurpose Room from the Cafeteria. The installation location should be underneath the header between the two areas and should be secured with safety cables and include a protective cage around the projector. (Customer is responsible for providing power to the installation location.) The installation location will require connection via HDBaseT and the vendor should include the cost to run new CAT6a plenum-rated cable to the installation location. Connections to the projector should be to the existing points located at stage right as well as the sound system rack that is located near the dividing wall. Pricing should include installation of the projector as well as any mounting hardware, safety equipment, protective cage, cabling, transmitter(s), freight/shipping, and lift rental if necessary. Pricing should also include the 7% NC Sales Tax. All responses should clearly specify any warranty periods, items covered, and limitations
