The Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board (SMCDSB) is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors for the provision of the cleaning and preventative maintenance inspection services for the Dust Collector Systems within the Board's nine (9) Secondary schools. Question Deadline: Tue Jan 16, 2024 4:00:00 PM (EST). The Board reserves the right to modify any or all dates at its sole discretion. Respondents should promptly examine all of the documents comprising this RFT, and may direct questions or seek additional information in writing by submitting questions through the Bidding System on or before the Deadline for Questions. No such communications are to be directed to any other Board staff or advisors. It is the Board's intention to enter into an agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The Respondent selected in accordance with the evaluation process described in this RFT will be invited to enter into a Contract for the provision of the Deliverables, described in Appendix B, in accordance with the terms and conditions found in Appendix A.
