The Town of Windsor is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms to provide hydraulic engineering services in support of the design for the Mill Brook Hydraulic Study and Erosion and Scour Control Project. The selected firm will provide engineering services to support the conceptual design of improvements to the Mill Brook at 147 Pigeon Hill Road. Services include, but are not limited to, a hydraulic study of the Mill Brook, identification of erosion and scour locations, evaluation of erosion and scour control in areas of concern, conceptual design of appropriate controls to mitigate erosion and scour and opinion of probable cost. Firms responding to this request should be of adequate size and sufficiently staffed to perform the assignment described above. The selected firm must meet all Municipal, State, and Federal affirmative action and equal employment opportunity practices.
