Renovation of a municipal facility in Golden, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town is inviting quotations from qualified general contractors for the expansion of the existing washroom facility located at 1000 Trans Canada Highway (Golden Visitor Information Centre). Work will generally include an expansion of existing washroom floor area/roof area, reorientation of interior walls, supply and installation of new washroom plumbing, fixtures, electrical, lighting, heating and ventilation units, doors, interior and exterior wall and roof finishes, flooring and painting. Work will also include the onsite relocation of the existing vendor kiosk with required tieins to electrical and plumbing.
