Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Newton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

THE PROJECT GENERALLY CONSISTS OF the refeeding of existing leachate pump control panels including the installation of new conduit and new underground and overhead feeder cable. Questions regarding the intent or Scope of Work must be delivered in writing to Tina M. Wright via email WR tinawright@catawbacountync.gov. To be given consideration, questions must be received by 5:00 pm The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities, or to reject nonconforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids. The Owner reserves the right to award a contract to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder or bidders, taking into consideration quality, performance and time. A bid security/bond, payment bond, and performance bond are not required for this project. Bidders must comply with the requirements of the State of North Carolina and be appropriately licensed as a Contractor as provided in General Statutes Chapter 87. All bidders are notified that Catawba County shall have a verifiable five percent (5%) goal for participation by minority owned and women owned businesses in the total value of Work.
