Renovation of an educational facility in Perkinston, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
You are hereby invited to submit a sealed bid for "MGCCC Facilities Wide Control Panel Upgrades" for work at the various MGCCC campuses to include Harrison, Perkinston, Jackson County, AMTC, and George County campuses. In accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by: Stephens Mechanical LLC 925 Tommy Munro Dr., Ste B Biloxi, MS 39532 All proposals must be on file with the College prior to the opening time as stated above. All proposals must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope as indicated for "MGCCC Facilities Wide Control Panel Upgrades to be opened on January 25, 2024". Envelopes not so marked are submitted at the risk of the Bidder and Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College assumes no responsibility for the premature opening of same by any College employee. A pre-bid conference schedule will be announced for the previous week prior to bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required from the successful bidder. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Description: This project intent is to replace existing obsolete panels that are currently installed with a bacnet open open protocol system. All new panels will have graphics created on the existing desego front end. The project will include all that is required, panels, any and all power requirements, cabling, database creation or graphics. During the project, all other systems will be functional as to not impact the owner.
