The Village of Lisle reserves the right to waive all technicalities, to accept or reject any or all bids, to accept only portions of a proposal and reject the remainder without disclosure for any reason. Failure to make such a disclosure will not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action by any bidder against the Village of Lisle. The contractor selected will also be required to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and executive orders including but not limited to those pertaining to equal employment opportunity. Bidder Questions Due January 19, 2024 Contractor shall provide labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision in order to provide Mowing Services, which shall include, but not be limited, to mowing, trimming, edging, cleanup and haul-away services of grass, downed branches and trash (collectively, "Service"). Service shall be performed weekly at specified Work Sites in accordance with the "Maps", attached herein. Contractor shall inspect sites at least bi-weekly to ensure Services are performed in accordance with Performance Standards and Scope of Work. The work consists of labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision in order to provide Mowing Services, which shall include, but is not limited to, mowing, trimming, edging, cleanup, and hauling away of grass, fallen branches, and trash (collectively "service"). Service shall be performed weekly from May 1, 2024 through the growing season ending approximately November 17, 2024 and resuming April 1, 2025 to April 30, 2025.
