The SCBE requests bids for South Park ES Roofing Repair. The specifications are contained in the Design Project Manual. Responses submitted must meet or exceed all requirements. Bids that do not meet or exceed all requirements will be considered non-responsive. The South Park ES Roofing Repair scope of work includes, but not limited to, cafeteria roof repairs at this location. The Scope of Work for the South Park ES Roofing Repair Project shall include and not be limited to the following: Inspect entire roof over Cafeteria for visible damage. Seal entire roofing laps over cafeteria area Patch & Repair any areas that are leaking. Repair/ replaced Flash for curbs. Repair/ replace Flash for pitch pockets. Repair/replace Flash for pipes. Areas previously coated will be repaired with like materials. Clean up Jobsite upon completion.
