The project will include the design and construction of an estimated 9,040 square foot expansion of concrete paving, perimeter curbs, and pavement markings of the existing secure parking area at Fort Bend County Precinct 1 North Annex. The drainage will sheet flow into the existing area drains on the site. Estimated budget to complete this project is $225,000. Submissions received after the specified time will be returned unopened.
