Renovation of a municipal facility in Columbia, South Carolina. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of April 12, 2024, per owner, project is in design phase. Owner will NOT give out any other information. HVAC Mechanical Engineering Services for the replacement of approximately 268 fan coil units. The scope of work will include the installation of associated isolation valves, replacement of associated water lines, electrical, controls, and insulation and installation of approximately 1072 associated isolation valves. Mechanical Engineering Feasibility Study and Design Services ANTICIPATED CONSTRUCTION COST RANGE: $2,000,000 to $2,500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. PROJECT LOCATION: Rembert Dennis Building, Columbia, South Carolina PUBLIC NOTICES: All notices (Meetings, Selection for Interviews, Notice of Intent to Award) shall be posted at the following location: 2nd Floor Bulletin Board, 915 Main Street, Columbia, SC 29201. LICENSURE: To be considered for selection, persons or firms must be properly licensed in accordance with the requirements of Title 40 of the SC Code of Laws, as amended at the time of resume submission. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
