Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pequot Lakes, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of March 1, 2024, project was awarded to Pratt’s Affordable Excavating, Inc., in the amount of $273,033.50.** The project consists of the following construction items and approximate quantities: DESCRIPTION UNIT QUANTITY AGGREGATE BASE CLASS 5 CU YD 235 BITUMINOUS PAVING TON 265 CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER LF 680 8" WATERMAIN LF 374 8" SANITARY SEWER PIPE LF 334. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Each bid shall be accompanied by a 5% Bid Security per the Contract Documents. One set of bidding documents will be available at City Hall for review only. The Owner reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time set for receiving bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to award the Contract to the lowest responsible bidder. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing Question Deadline 01/20/2024
