As of March 15, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award was not yet been established. Mountain Line, Flagstaff's Regional transit provider, is seeking bids for a comprehensive Photovoltaic solar panels system for our Downtown Connection Center (DCC) project, located in Flagstaff, AZ. The first floor will provide public access to transit riders for customers service, restrooms, and community room. The second floor will support administrative services. The selected contractor will be required to follow the Build America Buy America (BABA) provisions and adhere to Davis Bacon wages throughout the project. The selected contractor will be tasked with the delegated final design, engineering, and permitting for the solar panel installation at the Downtown Connection Center (DCC). This includes ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards. This includes the comprehensive installation of photovoltaic solar panels. Furnish and install solar panels, associated components such as inverter systems, mounting and support structures, battery storage solutions (if applicable), and monitoring and control systems. The contracted vendor is expected to thoroughly review and adhere to the provided solar panel system design for guidance. The final design should integrate seamlessly into the existing project constraints, respecting the contractor's construction schedule and jobsite rules. Install solar panels with tie into building electrical system according to the approved design and engineering specifications. Ensure all installations meet industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and local codes.
