he Region of Peel (herein after referred to as the "Agency") intends to retain a Consulting Engineering firm ("the Vendor") to develop a Region Wide Biosolids Implementation Strategy (Implementation Strategy). The Implementation Strategy will be developed considering two (2) recent Municipal Schedule C Environmental Assessments (EA) prepared for the Clarkson and the G.E. Booth Water Resource Recovery Facilities (WRRFs), along with recent legislation that increases the rate of population growth within the service area of these facilities.
