Renovation of a residential development in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,450-square-foot residential development.
Replacement of the HVAC System at the Phillipsburg Housing Authority Community Building located at 535 Fisher Avenue, Phillipsburg, New Jersey. the project scope consists of replacing existing hvac equipment with new hvac equipment. Alternate No. 1: New Exhaust Fan and connect into existing ducts. Provide new wall switches. Alternate No. 2: Provide and Install New Electric Wall Heaters. A Bidder's bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security consisting of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check drawn to the order of the Phillipsburg Housing Authority, or a Bid Bond, on a form provided in the Bid Documents. The amount of such Bid Security shall be ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price, not exceeding $20,000. A consent of surety for 100% performance bond and 100% payment bond. The Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids.
