Renovation of a municipal facility in Temecula, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that to provide Modular Building Repair Services. Bids must address all of the services described in Exhibit A entitled, "Scope of Work" that is included in the Proposed Agreement Forms/Exhibits section of this IFB. Exhibit A contains a detailed description of the services and work to be performed, as a result of this IFB including those terms in the referenced exhibits. The CHP intends to make a single agreement award to the responsive and responsible firm offering the lowest bid. This IFB is open to all eligible firms and/or individuals that meet the qualification requirements. Question Deadline 02/02/2024 at 4:00 PM PT Bidders shall submit questions via email to SIMRANJIT SINGH at Simranjit.singh@chp.ca.gov. The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from June 1, 2024 through May 31, 2025. In accordance with the provisions of Section 1770, 1773 and 1773.1 of the Labor Code, the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) has ascertained general prevailing wage rates in the county in which the work is to be performed. The rates of prevailing wage are determined by the Department of Industrial Relations, Labor Statistics and Research.
