Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Repentigny, Quebec. Design plans call for the construction of a 72,000-square-foot, two-story above grade, 41-room educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Construction of a general education centre for adults in Repentigny. The new facility of approximately 6,664 m2 of area will house 37 regular classrooms, one scientific and technological laboratory, two arts classrooms, a learning hub, collaborative spaces, an atrium, several offices for non-teaching staff and standard premises. The project will be implemented in two phases, the second phase construction is dependent on provincial authorities approvals. TIMELINE: Contracts for architectural and engineering services to provide design and construction work monitoring services have been awarded. Working drawings are expected to be completed by May, 2025. Tender for general contractor is anticipated in late spring/summer, 2025. Further update in late 2024.
