Remodeling of an educational facility in Lubbock, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 14,540-square-foot educational facility.
Project scope includes but is not limited to an expansion for the Laboratory Animal Resource Center at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Bid Alternate 1: Renovate existing Dirty Cage wash area to 2 new large animal holding rooms. Bid Alternate 2: Renovate existing LARC offices into 4 holding rooms and 4 procedure rooms. As of April 11, 2024, all subcontracts have been let and set. Construction is currently underway. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
